Greetings to All,
I’ve always read, researched and studied a lot… and still do to this day.
Reading daily newsletters about health, science, politics and miscellaneous, tends to often leave with a befuddled mind. One author treats a subject and immediately is contradicted by another. Strange times we live in.
Of course, I have my favorite authors whom I choose to trust and follow… yet still, we seem to be facing a soup of unknown.
One one end of the spectrum, we have the doomsday people, seeing the end of the world, with unnamable atrocities.
On the other end, we have the “just believe in miracle” crowd, who look at the world with rose-colored glasses.
Somewhere in-between, we have the hopium folks, who are looking for a savior, whether a political figure, aliens or the return of the Christ.
What if it does not matter? We may NOT be able to thwart history, but we can build confidence in our ability to face whatever comes with serenity.
Almost a quarter of a century ago, i.e. around 2000, I was giving workshops on goal setting/goal achieving, during a period in my life when that was possible. I was then thrown in the trenches of a custody battle that lasted 16+ years, during which goal setting became an impossibility, except for setting character goals. Those are always possible.
Whatever happens, I will survive and when it’s over, I will thrive.
While attending church in Fresno, CA, many years ago, I remember the pastor telling the story of the house that went through a storm. I had never seen it that way - I was idealistic, thinking the house stayed in pristine condition during the storm. It’s not the way the pastor recounted the story: the house was battered! It did not stay in pristine shape. It was flooded, the windows were broken, the drapes torn, the carpets ruined, the paint scraped off… Yet, the storm subsided, the house was still standing, and was repaired and renewed, more beautiful and stronger than ever.
So take heart. The storm has an end. As the Psalmist said, “Weeping may endure for a night, but joy comes in the morning.”

Let’s talk about Trans-Form-A(c)tion:
Trans: means going beyond
Form: the form or the state we find ourselves in
A(c)tion: without action, we stagnate
This newsletter is about Joy, Wisdom and Trans-Form-A(c)tion…
Let me know if there is a specific subject you would like me to write about concerning Natural Health - how I went from sickness to fitness, freeing yourself from past disempowering memories - I went from trauma to triumph - and tips and strategies for mental wellness, turning chaos into clarity.
Hydroponics, Sauerkraut, Kimchi and Pickled Onions
My first dish with all of the above was enjoyed on 12/22/2023. When you taste lettuce within minutes of it being picked, you don’t want to go back to store-bought. It is so tasty, you don’t even need salad dressing.
Some interesting links
If you have not seen the movies Thrive - What on Earth Will It Take? and Thrive II - This Is What It Takes, I highly recommend them. They show the state of the world… and a potential thriving future. Lots of research went into these entertaining and uplifting documentaries.
Foster Gamble does his research thoroughly. In his last newsletter, he compiled many stories that I had read over the years regarding the C-ovid situation.
Here is the link to his research.
Here is another link to “new” discoveries about water, although I already wrote about it in my free 7 Energy Thieves download.
