Greetings to all,
The landscape of psychology has changed as much as the computer scene over the past few decades.
When I started my studies, in the 70s, psychoanalysis was in fashion. Clients would lie down on the analyst’s couch and talk. Notes were taken. The following week, you would repeat the process… sometimes for 10 years. At the end, you may get an understanding of why you are facing a challenge.
Nowadays, some problems may disappear in a single session, thanks to our understanding of how the brain works (neuroscience), and especially how it can quickly change (brain plasticity).
No longer do we need to dwell on sometimes frightening and/or horrible memories. The approach can be content free and/or symbolical.
In my coaching sessions, after releasing what does not serve any longer, I like to go deeper. My belief is that more can be accomplished if we go to the soul level, finding the true purpose in our lives. No longer do we need to stress out about whether we need to do this or that, we KNOW. We follow our inner guidance and enjoy life with peace of mind.
We have heard about “Going from where you are to where you want to be.” What if where you want to be is not your true life purpose? You may find yourself climbing a ladder that is leaning on the wrong building.
I came up with the idea that “Going from where you are to WHO you are” is more productive. Knowing who you are will empower you to climb the ladder of a life that you will enjoy, whether it’s building a financial empire or serving starving children in Africa.
You can then LIVE with PASSION, PURPOSE and DELIGHT!
BEWARE, BE AWARE - Food!
We live in a strange world, where lies assail us from all sides. The propaganda machine is well oiled.
I just read this morning an article about oranges. Initially a luxury, with the advent of industrialized farming and the boom in orange production, the question arose: “What do we do with all the fruit?” An individual (I forgot his name) came up with the idea of squeezing them. Instead of eating an orange, one would now squeeze 3 oranges to make a “breakfast drink.” Promoted as high in vitamin C, the idea turned into a staple drink around the country.
Nobody talked about the high amount of fructose in such a juice.
Nowadays, most people do NOT squeeze oranges. They buy packaged orange juice; “not from concentrate” was my favorite one, until somebody asked, “How is it that the juice in these cartons all have the same color and flavor?”
Here is why:
I never thought about it but it makes incredible sense now. Orange juice from Tropicana, Simply Orange, Minute Maid, Florida's Natural, etc.—they're all ridiculously consistent in their flavor. And the trick isn't to get the most delicious tasting oranges but rather to create their own unique artificial flavor.
It all starts with the stripping of the oxygen. Once the juice is squeezed and stored in gigantic vats, they start removing oxygen. Why? Because removing oxygen from the juice allows the liquid to keep for up to a year without spoiling. But! Removing that oxygen also removes the natural flavors of oranges. Yeah, it's all backwards. So in order to have OJ actually taste like oranges, drink companies hire flavor and fragrance companies, the same ones that make perfumes for Dior, to create these "flavor packs" to make juice taste like, well, juice again.
The formulas vary to give a brand's trademark taste. If you're discerning you may have noticed Minute Maid has a candy like orange flavor. That's largely due to the flavor pack Coca-Cola has chosen for it. Some companies have even been known to request a flavor pack that mimics the taste of a popular competitor, creating a "hall of mirrors" of flavor packs. Despite the multiple interpretations of a freshly squeezed orange on the market, most flavor packs have a shared source of inspiration: a Florida Valencia orange in spring.
The flavor packs aren't listed in the ingredients because they're technically derived from "orange essence and oil", whatever the hell that means. So just remember, when you buy Orange Juice next time, even though it says 100% juice (which it is), it's still 100% artificially flavored. [Food Renegade via Hacker News]
Flavoring and coloring often fall into the category of GRAS-Generally Regarded As Safe, and don’t have to appear on labels.
BEWARE, BE AWARE - Polyticks!
There has been so many lies regarding the jab in the past 4 years. The 9th Circuit Court of Appeals just announced that the Covid vaccine is NOT a vaccine at all. That’s GREAT NEWS! It now allows people to sue the manufacturers of this jab which has caused the death of hundreds of thousands of people, and the suffering of millions.
I have great respect for David Martin, whom I have followed for a number of years. He goes to the root in his research, looking back through decades, to understand how we ended up in this situation. Shockingly, the viruses and the “vaccines” had been patented decades before 2020.
Why is this important? The same propaganda that got a third of the world to take the jab voluntarily (via fear), and a third to take it via coercion (via fear again) is being repeated.
We hear that this “new” bird flu, H5N1, will cause the death of between 25 and 50% of the population, unless of course we take another mRNA jab. “They” are especially going after the small farmer/rancher who has just a few birds, although it’s the big commercial (often unsanitary) ones that have the greatest risks.
Is it true? Be informed.
Do NOT fall for the propaganda. Draw the proverbial line in the sand, and stand with those who say NO MORE!
Here is the latest from David Martin.
