Greetings to all,
This is the last segment on the PNEI series… for now.
Did you know that a malignant melanoma diagnosis may not be a death sentence? It accounts for only 1% of cancer diagnoses, and remarkably, there is an 11% chance of spontaneous remission—without any medical treatment.
In such cases, the immune system suddenly steps in and attacks the tumor(s). Research shows a strong correlation between repressed negative emotions and cancer, as well as between the release of those emotions and cancer remission.
For me, emotions are simply energetic signatures, frequencies that can be altered or eliminated. Emotions—or e-motion, meaning energy in motion—are meant to help us navigate life, alerting us to both joy and danger. Ideally, they should circulate freely, prompting appropriate action, then move on and disappear. When we don’t address these emotions, they can become stuck, creating problems that may not surface until many years later as further emotional accumulation occurs.
Wouldn’t it be better to feel our feelings rather than bury them? After all, emotions are just chemical signatures, and they are not meant to provoke judgment.
Is sadness good or bad? It just is. What is it trying to communicate?
Is anger good or bad? It just is. What is it trying to tell me?
Feel it… respond… let it go.
Be response-able: you have the ability to respond, to be neutral, to engage with an issue without feeling victimized, and to deal with it constructively.
Interestingly, animals and young children are often more adept at reading emotional cues than adults. As we acquire language, we tend to lose some of our emotional competence. In cases of aphasia—the loss of the ability to speak or understand language—individuals often become better at interpreting emotional language, detecting whether someone’s words match their true feelings.
Many of us repress our emotional intelligence to avoid conflict with crucial people in our lives, a battle we feel we cannot win. But what is the cost?
Stress symptoms warn us of underlying issues: a pounding heart, fatigue, muscle tension, sweating, frequent urination, headaches, backaches, diarrhea, dry mouth, anxiety, hyper-vigilance, loss of joy, impulsivity, irritability, and overreaction.
The ACE (Adverse Childhood Experience) study shows that abuse during childhood profoundly impacts adult life, leading to increased rates of alcoholism, drug abuse, promiscuity, suicide, chronic disease, and even earlier death. Gabor Maté suggests that disease could be viewed as a manifestation of poor boundaries. For abused children, boundaries were often violated or nonexistent, making it essential for them to develop strong boundaries and a sense of autonomy as adults.
During illness, many people turn to spirituality. Connections—with other humans, animals, nature, and the divine—are vital for a healthy life.
There is a wealth of literature connecting emotions and physical health. A book I often recommend is The Encyclopedia of Ailments and Diseases by Jacques Martel (available in English and French). Jacques, who has read some of my articles, kindly sent me a copy of his book, and it has been invaluable for me and my clients.
October = Breast Cancer Awareness Month
Many articles will pop up regarding breast cancer. Let’s use our thinking cap and do some research.
Here is one from Sayer Ji, whom I have followed for years. Click on the link below or the picture.
Mammography False-Positives Result in 84% Higher Rate of Breast Cancer Death, JAMA Oncology Reveals
Did you know that mammography is being abolished in Switzerland? Read this article, from 2016.
If you are facing a diagnosis, you may want to check the following resources:
Gabor Maté has a lot to say about the connection between breast cancer and psychological stress in his book The Body Says No.
Paul Leenderste also connects breast cancer with emotional challenges. Check his website The Root Cause Institute.
I had the pleasure of interviewing Ty and Charlene Bollinger who have done many documentary series on how to potentially treat cancer naturally. Check their website The Truth About Cancer.
Royal Rife cured many people of cancer using his frequency device… until his lab was raided by the FBI. In this country, the only legal ways to treat cancer are surgery, radiation and chemotherapy. However, his device was saved and many people are using it. Check out the Spooky2 for more information here.
If you would like to talk about it, don’t hesitate to contact me for a confidential and complimentary consultation. Here is the link.
