Let's Talk About Emotions - Energy in Motion
+ Are Plants Conscious? + 102-year old practicing physician
Greetings to all,
Is everything binary?
If there is a low, there has to be a high… if there is good, there has to be bad… if there is hot, there has to be cold, etc.
In the United States, there are mostly 2 parties: Republicans vs. Democrats, Red vs. Blue.
We have divided emotions into “good” emotions and “bad” emotions. Is that useful?
What if emotions were just different “energy signatures?”
Some emotions are more empowering than others, although on a spectrum.
Let’s take anger as an example: extreme anger turning to rage can be very destructive. However, anger toward a situation can lead us out of depression/hopelessness.
I remember a therapist telling me, during a divorce situation, “Depression will not help you; get angry and take action!”
David Hawkins offers this map of consciousness.
Targeting the state above the one we find ourselves in is an empowering technique.
Working with a device that recognized and analyze frequencies showed me that emotions are just frequencies… i.e. neither good nor bad, they just are. Some are more empowering than others.
Repressing emotions tends to impact our physical health, either immediately as a headache, weak knees or nausea, and in the long run, turning to chronic problems and even cancer.
Stress can cover a lot of emotions. If you could not use the word “stress,” what word would you choose?
When you don’t like a program on the radio or TV, you change the channel, the frequency.
Pinpoint your emotion. If disempowering, change the channel, change the frequency!

Emotions and Cancer
I have known for many years, that emotions have a role to play in cancer. It seems that more and more people are making the connection cancer-emotion. Here is an interview on the subject.
Research on Plants
Plants are getting more and more fascinating: they have “feelings,” can count, protect their young, fight other plants… Here is one of the latest articles I’ve read about plant.
102 years old and still practicing medicine… with 10-year goals
She does not seek longevity… just lives day by day… Here is the interview.
