Greetings to all,
As I mentioned before, I have a foot in both the naturopathy/natural health field, and the field of psychology/coaching.
Interestingly, the naturopathy field tend to lean toward the right, and the psychology field toward the left.
What I have noticed is that both sides claim to be neutral when they treat of a subject because they are well versed in the left, right and centrist philosophies.
However, I noticed that they are NOT neutral at all. As soon as I start to read an article or listen to a “neutral” podcast, I can tell right away which way they are leaning.
Is it possible to be unbiased, to think in a NOT biased way?
Very difficult!
According to a neurobiologist I consulted, only about 2% of the population is able to view events objectively. Most people seem to have an ego to protect, and “attack” the other side… which leads to present-day conflicts.
Why can’t we be objective?
As events unfold in our lives, from babyhood on, we get triggered, witness and experience life differently depending on where we are born and raised. As these experiences repeat, our neuro-circuitry gets myelinated, i.e. strong bonds are created in one direction or another.
It’s important to understand what triggers us, take a step away, and ponder about why we reacted one way or another.
It seems that it’s only as we decide on a problem to focus on, AND we get the different parties to agree on potential solutions, that we are going to solve the challenges that are now facing us.
Utopia? Maybe. What’s the alternative?
For people who like to dig deep and go beyond the obvious, I came across a series called The Pyramid of Power. Although I was quite familiar with the chapters presented, they took me to a deeper level of understanding. It seems Chapters 15-17 are not available to listen to yet.
Health, Wealth, What Should Come First?
For many years, one of my slogans was “Without Health, There Is NO Wealth!” I still agree with this.
However, we are facing challenging times, and dire financial choices are being faced by many people.
Let’s take food, for example. In order to stay healthy, I need to eat healthy foods, which are getting more and more expensive. What do I do?
Go for lesser quality?
Eat less?
Find ways to earn more money?
Lesser quality does not appeal to me, neither does eating less. Also, I would like to treat myself to chiropractic care, massages, travel for rest and relaxation…
It’s been known that more millionaires are made during a depression. It’s just a question of finding a way.
I looked at different programs, even started on one, until I realized that if I wanted to make money with it, it would take most of my time.
A friend of mine just contacted me with another program, NOT an MLM, and I am looking into it. I’ll keep you posted…
Joy is within each of us. Let it grow, and
LIVE with PASSION, PURPOSE and DELIGHT!

Years ago, I studied wealth and was doing quite well, until my divorce which cost me hundred of thousands of dollars, if not millions.
