Being removed by AI from Youtube and Facebook is what prompted me to move to Substack. I’ve been sharing my beliefs and my life experience, and AI does NOT like it. Too bad… They are losing customers!
I went through slow, steady, researched evolution and also through abrupt "slap-in-the-face" types of beliefs changes.
In the video below, I talk about the evolution of my beliefs in the medical field, regarding childbirth, surgeries... things that happened to me.
I am not addressing the "slap-in-the-face" beliefs that I held about "justice for all," and the idea that justice is blind and equitable. I don't hold these beliefs any longer. As with my past blog/newsletter, I don't see the world with rose-colored glasses any longer. Unfortunately, there are not-so-good people, I should really say greedy and evil people in this world, whose only goal seems to be to hurt, destroy and control others.
When it comes to our health, it behooves us to pay attention to what our body-mind thrives on. We are not all the same, yet "junk," whether physical, mental, emotional and even spiritual will harm us, if not instantly, then in a not-too-distant future.

Update on my mini indoor hydroponic gardens
This is Aerogarden #2, day 10, with a selection of greens.
Aerogarden #1 has mixed salad greens: 5 are out.
Aerogarden #3 with herbs: dill, thyme and Thai Basil are sprouting. I remember parsley taking like forever to show up.
MY BUSINESS
I am combining 3 websites into 1… lots of grunt work, which will help me to pivot and focus in 2024. More about that later.
