Greetings to all,
Do you know or remember the nursery rhyme, Old Mac Donald Had a Farm?
Listen to it then change the words. Sing it this way:
My consistent thoughts become…
My reality…
With a thought, thought here,
And a thought, thought there…
Here a thought, there a thought…
Everywhere a thought, thought…
My consistent thoughts become… My reality…
I used to sing this during the day, to help me uncover the thoughts running in my mind during the day.
What was my mind bringing to my attention? Was it positive? Was it negative? Was it even true? Where did it come from?
It is said that two-thirds of our thoughts are negative, on purpose, to protect us.
We can train our mind to do our bidding, i.e. think what we want it to focus on.
It takes practice, yet what’s the option? Letting depressing, stressful thoughts ruin our lives?
Contemplate your thoughts. Are they empowering or depressing?
NO JUDGMENT. If they are there, it’s for a purpose.
First, gently, bring yourself to the present moment. It’s called mindfulness.
What are you seeing around you, now?
What are you hearing in this present moment?
What are you sensing, feeling, smelling, now?
To enjoy a more joyful life, it’s important to take control of our thoughts, which often run amok with daily stresses.
Will you use Old McDonald’s rhyme to observe your thoughts?
Try it, and let me know. It did wonders for me.
Legal Abuse, an eye-opening interview
I was interviewed by Lisa Tickel, who is not afraid to tackle sticky subjects. In this episode, we talked about Legal Abuse.
“Legal Abuse and Systemic Corruption: Danielle's story takes a dark turn as she describes her experiences with legal abuse during her divorce. She exposes the flaws and corruption within the family court system, sharing harrowing details of how she lost custody of her children to an abusive ex-husband and the systemic failures that allowed it to happen. -
Surviving Complex PTSD: After enduring extensive legal battles and incarceration, Danielle discusses the impact of complex PTSD and anhedonia on her life. She shares how she used various modalities, including NLP, hypnosis, and craniosacral therapy, to heal and recover from her trauma.
Insights into the Broken Legal System: The episode delves into the systemic issues within the legal system, including the biases against women, the role of judges, and the influence of secret societies. Danielle discusses her efforts to change the system and provide support to others going through similar struggles.
Healing and Recovery Techniques: Danielle shares the various techniques she uses to help herself and others recover from trauma, including tapping, imagery, self-hypnosis, and binaural beats. She emphasizes the importance of self-awareness and developing a toolbox of strategies to manage triggers and maintain mental health.”
I made a special page on my website to tackle this subject.

Another interview with Tina and Joe Huggins.
I co-hosted a support group for people suffering from legal abuse when I lived in Las Vegas. People were tackling unlawful job termination, HOA challenges, probate and family courts, elder abuse and more. Protracted litigation of any kind triggers what the late Dr. Karin Huffer coined as Legal Abuse Syndrome, a type of PTS(D)-Post Traumatic Stress (Disorder). It is not a Disorder, it it more like an Injury.
