A different worldview, much more positive
Add to gain knowledge, simplify to gain wisdom
Greetings to all,
I had prepared a different message for today, then watched a video that truly enchanted me.
We rarely see these types of news in the media, which prefers to alarm us. Why? Because fearful people are easier to manipulate.
Many models of the world are made in a linear fashion with computers and, even though these models have failed over and over, they are still presented to us as the truth in the media.
Humans are not machines and do NOT progress in a linear fashion. Humans can cooperate, and when they do, “miracles” do happen.
Watching this video shows another face of our world, a more promising one, a hopeful one.
And once again, it’s talking about the importance of nature and making it a part of the equation.

This is what I have been doing for a while: simplifying!
As a mother of 7 children with a part-time practice, I had no other choice but to simplify to make it all work. The daily question was, “How can I cut steps in doing this or that?”
In today’s world, especially for business owners, the challenge is getting daunting. We have to learn this, add that, one more meeting, another late night…
Are we acquiring wisdom or spinning our wheels? At the end of the day, have we accomplished more… are we healthier… happier? What is important?
Watch this short clip, that helps us understand why we are reluctant to subtract.

It’s been cold here in Denver today. I went out to shovel a couple of inches of snow off the driveway and had to go back in to get a scarf and thicker gloves.
It’s beautiful though.
